All re-roof jobs include the following:
- New Synthetic Underlayment (or Preferred Under Layment)
- New Galvanized pipe flashings
- New 20" Galvanized Metal Valley
- All gutters Cleaned after job is completed
- All pipe flashings, roofjacks, etc painted to match color of shingles
- All shingles nailed not stapled
- All jobs shall be swept with magnet after job is completed
- Seal all points of interest (Roofing cement & Roofing Sealant)
